JOB OFFER: SENIOR ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN

We've built the largest network of charging station sales and installations in Quebec, and we're continuing to expand across North America.

As a Senior Accounting Technician, you'll have a wide range of accounting responsibilities, working closely with management. You will have to work with different technologies (accounting system, ordering system, power Automate, Wordpress, etc.) in a multi-company, multi-currency environment.

 

Main responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Reconciliation and invoicing of accounts receivable with the ordering system;
  • Collection of accounts receivable and reconciliation of payment terminals;
  • Registration of supplier invoices (OCR Intelligent application);
  • Bank reconciliation;
  • Maintenance of inventory list;
  • Contribution to reporting (data entry, spreadsheet creation, etc.)

 

Other related responsibilities :

  • Archive and file documents;
  • Assist in drafting letters and mailings;
  • Concession performance reporting;
  • Follow-up on royalties with our dealers and banners;
  • Support the team in all other related tasks;
  • Involvement in ERP implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Any relevant experience will be considered;
  • BAA in accounting (an asset);
  • Good knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software;
  • Good command of spoken and written French;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (3/5);
  • Advanced knowledge of Office suite (Excel).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Full-time permanent position: 40 hours/week in person;
  • Attractive salary commensurate with experience;
  • Minimum of 3 weeks paid vacation per year;

Sales and electromobility representative

BEQ Technology is the Quebec leader in the distribution and sale of electric vehicle charging stations (residential and commercial sectors). We also act as a manufacturer and manufacturer's agent. Our company is expanding rapidly, with sales growing by over 300% every month.

We are currently looking for a sales representative whose responsibilities will include presenting and selling BEQ Technology products (B2B sales). The sales representative will also be responsible for managing the territories and customers under his/her responsibility, ensuring maximum commercial profitability, meeting the objectives set for his/her zone by management, and complying with the general terms and conditions of sale.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a database of potential customers
  • Solicit potential customers (list established by the company and/or to be developed)
    • Car dealerships
    • Business and industry
    • Restoration (Chain)
    • Electricians
    • Architectural firms
    • Property groups
  • Respond to customer requests (leads)
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Promote customer needs and the benefits of BEQ Technology's products and services
  • Effectively inform customers using the resources available (documentation, sales promotions, product knowledge, etc.)
  • Sell and track orders in accordance with commercial conditions
  • Enforcing and optimizing trade agreements
  • Propose and implement operations to promote product sales (information, training, merchandising, sales management advice).
  • Act as an intermediary between the customer and the various parties involved in sales
  • Develop and maintain a good knowledge of your geographical area, in particular through sales analysis, in order to detect growth opportunities.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up for each customer (commercial cooperation, specific contracts, etc.).
  • Participate in events (trade shows, conventions, seminars, etc.) where presence is required to promote the company's image and products.
  • Organize and plan activities through work plans and visit schedules, ensuring effective and regular monitoring of the sector.
  • Produce, in a timely manner, all reports and activity reports requested by the company.
  • Share field experience with colleagues and marketing managers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in commercial/sales studies
  • Sales expertise with dealers or electricians (an asset)
  • Knowledge of electricity (an asset)
  • Being an electromobilist

EXPERIENCE :

  • Experience in sales
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of sales techniques
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset)
  • Knowledge of the electrical field/being an electrician (an asset)
  • Mastery of the Office suite
  • Mastering CRM
